Brochure design: Property valuers

Client: Rode & Associates property valuation

A simple but neat brochure introducing property economists Rode & Associates' clients to their property valuation service. Their portfolio totals billions of Rands worth of property.

Instead of the colour-heavy design used by previous studios for this client, we used lots of white space, wide line spacing and small pictures to portray Rode's status as one of South Africa's top property valuers.

The previous incarnation of this brochure was too 'busy' and the background was so dark that it made reading the brochure difficult. Legibility is the most important part of any document. What's the point of showing off your design skills if the product doesn't work?

An independent photographer was used.
