E-mail design: Xmas message

Client: Fruits Unlimited fruit growers & exporters

Every year, Fruits Unlimited send a season's greeting to their clients. This was what 2006's looked like.

Keep in mind it was built on the Fruits website's look, which was designed long ago, in the early 2000's. It looks very dated now – it was inspired by the glassy look of Apple's Operating System Mac OS X, which by now has been overdone despite Microsoft's release of Windows 7, which attempted to copy that look.

We do feel that the animated, glowing fruit and twinkling stars are cute ;-)
