For this report cover design, Konrad took photographs of staff members of Rode, frantically pointing fingers and waving at a blank wall. They must have thought he's mad.

The cover advises readers to buy shares in listed property. The background is the stock exchange in Jo'burg and the those huge pixels in the background are changing from numbers into real estate!

Oh, and the guy on the right has a copy of this very report in his hand. Don't ask us how we did that – we can't remember either.
