Logo design for video & pizza franchise

Client: Video Base

This was a fun project. PSi Systems, an existing client of ours who specialise in IT and software development, needed a striking logo for a client of theirs, Video Base.

Video Base is a new chain of video stores/pizza shops. They wanted a logo that imitated the Austin Powers Sixties look, a tribute to movies of that time.

We did our own typeface design (font design) and played around with psychedelic colours and hypnotic Op Art effects. Various versions of the logo are in use. The one you see to the right incorporates a background we designed.
