Logo design for wine route promoter

Client: Paarl Discovery Wine Route

Paarl Wine needed a new logo to modernise their image, so we came up with the "stamp" effect, with vertical lines and wine stains for texture that reminds one of, well, wine and oak vats.

The "wine route" refers of course to the popular area in the Cape Boland in South Africa that includes sought-after winelands around Stellenbosch, Franschoek and Paarl.

The concept was partly taken from a version of their logo used on their website.
